Caviar extract

Caviar extract has skin-moisturising, remineralising, regenerative and protective virtues. Caviar is made of non-fertilised sturgeon eggs dressed in a particular way. The sturgeon, Acipenser Baerii, is bred in France, near Bordeaux to produce high quality French Caviar while respecting the environment. Like all eggs, Caviar is very rich in nutritive elements, including proteins, minerals, vitamins and lipids, among which there are a high amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids.

 

Sodium Hyaluronate

Sodium Hyaluronate has strong moisturising and film-forming properties. The hyaluronic acid film helps preserve the most important characteristics of youthful, healthy skin, such as suppleness, elasticity and tone.

 

Resveratrol

Resveratrol is extracted from Polygonum cuspidatum. It has anti-oxidant activity and will provide cellular protection against free-radical attack, shielding against environmental pollutants. Furthermore, in vitro tests have shown that it has anti-inflammatory and skin lightening properties.

 

Superoxide Dismutase (SOD)

Is an enzyme that repairs cells and reduces the damage done to them by superoxide, the most common free radical in the body. SOD is found in both the dermis and the epidermis, and is key to the production of healthy fibroblasts (skin-building cells).
Studies have shown that SOD acts as both an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory in the body, neutralizing the free radicals that can lead to wrinkles and precancerous cell changes. Researchers are currently studying the potential of superoxide dismutase as an anti-aging treatment, since it is now known that SOD levels drop while free radical levels increase as we age.
